The back yard offers privacy for barbequing or relaxing in the sun in a landscaped setting. Patio furniture is provided for your pleasure. A BBQ grill is also included for your entertainment needs.
This spacious one bedroom cottage with Queen size bed plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort. Comes complete with washer & dryer, even an outdoor shower to wash away the day's beach sand.
Located right off of popular East Cliff Drive. East Cliff Drive, along the ocean, has one lane for one-way traffic, and one lane for pedestrians to walk, jog, bike, or skateboard. Walk only two miles south along this path and you will be in famous Capitola Village, and just steps away, is the beach and Pleasure Point Surfing. We're centrally located at the corner of beautiful East Cliff Drive and Thirty Fourth Ave. mid-way between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Capitola-by-the-Sea.
